He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell MacMillan and May MacMillan (Sawyer); his former wife Camilla; his sister Kathleen Edgett; and his uncle Murray MacMillan (Treva).
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen "Kaye"; his brother Philip; and his adoptive son William "Bill".
