We are sad to announce that on June 23, 2018, George Bennett Johnson (Truro, Nova Scotia), born in Greenfield, Nova Scotia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent Albert Johnson; his former wives, Vicky Dicimbriane and Elizabeth "Betty" (Miller); his stepson Tommy; and his sister Nina.
He is survived by: his parent Ivy Johnson (Mitchenall); his children, Edith Lynds (Darrell) and Ben Johnson (Wendy); his stepdaughters, Louise Ensor, Barbara Terry, Sharon Burris (Jim) and Darlene Laird; his grandchildren, Jeff, Chris, Alicia, Adam, Erin, Joan, Diane, Ross, Margaret, Sharlene, Megan, Lindsay, Gina and Jason; his great grandchildren, Jessica, Joshua, Daisy, Nicola, Serena and Haley; and his half-brother Eugene Jordan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
If so desired, donations in George's memory to Alzheimer Society of Nova Scotia or charity of choice are welcomed.
