He was predeceased by: his wife Kea (Graham); and his siblings, Gussie Burnett (Donald), Erma Adamson (Herb), Edward (Lorraine), Lillian Benvie, James, Irene Fleck (Carl), Margaret Graham (Roy), Phyllis Hatt (Bernie) and Walter.

He is survived by: his granddaughter Lyndsey; his children, Graham (Ilonka Venier Alexander), Leah Hamilton (Allister), Kenneth (Melissa MacKenzie), Jim (Fort) and Alberta; his sister Elizabeth Allen; and his sister-in-law Violet Benvie. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren.
