He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Carrigan and Edith Carrigan (Chapman); his siblings, Frank Jr of Bill, Roy, Don, Shirley and Helen Deloris; and his brother-in-law Albert Corbin.

He is survived by: his wife Janet Carrigan (Terry); his children, Wanda Carrigan of Toronto, ON, Tim (Lana) of Orillia, ON and Vaughn of Truro; his grandchildren, Jessica, Brittney, Brandon, Keelan, Faolin, Seth, Shala, Katerina and Elana; and his siblings-in-law, Joan Carrigan of Truro, Betty Carrigan of Truro, Barbara Rushton of Wentworth, George Terry of Hilden, Ray Terry of Winnipeg, MB and James Terry of Truro. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; great nieces.
