She is survived by: her husband Reverend Frank Locke; her sister Helen Barnes; her sibling's children, David Barnes (Kelly), Robert Barnes (Kim), Tom Robb (Penny), Larry Robb (Lori), Elizabeth Hall (Scot) and Mary Ann Jones (Kelvin); her siblings-in-law, Shirley Locke, Ruth Colburne (Leon) and Keith Locke (Eldora); and her stepsons, Ken Locke, Peter Locke (Mary), Evan Locke (Clare) and David Locke (Kristin).
If so desired, donations in Hazel's memory to Brookfield Baptist Church or Heart and Stroke Foundation are welcomed.
