He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Naugler and Lucinda Naugler (Sharpe); his wife Jessie (Paul); his sister Edna; and his siblings-in-law, Bobby MacKenzie, Barb Naugler and Wendell Carter.
He is survived by: his children, Gail Higgins (Larry), Tom Naugler (Darlene), Ethel Paul (Don), Jo Ann Austin (Butch), Faye Docherty (Ross) and Debbie Reid (Corey); his grandchildren, Ian (Leanne), Ben (Ali), Ted (Miia), Mike (Liz), Charlotte (Justin), George (Jade), Lucinda (Ronnie), Beth Ann (Molly) and Celeste (Hayden); and his siblings, Elmer Naugler, Margie Rutledge, New Glasgow, Isabel Carter and George Naugler (Ruth). He is also survived by 14 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Varner Funeral Home (55 Young St, Truro, NS B2N3W6). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Riverside Cemetery.
