He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Naugler and Lucinda Naugler (Sharpe); his wife Jessie (Paul); his sister Edna; and his siblings-in-law, Bobby MacKenzie, Barb Naugler and Wendell Carter.

He is survived by: his children, Gail Higgins (Larry), Tom Naugler (Darlene), Ethel Paul (Don), Jo Ann Austin (Butch), Faye Docherty (Ross) and Debbie Reid (Corey); his grandchildren, Ian (Leanne), Ben (Ali), Ted (Miia), Mike (Liz), Charlotte (Justin), George (Jade), Lucinda (Ronnie), Beth Ann (Molly) and Celeste (Hayden); and his siblings, Elmer Naugler, Margie Rutledge, New Glasgow, Isabel Carter and George Naugler (Ruth). He is also survived by 14 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
