She was predeceased by: her parent James Harry; her husband Leo Paul Tingley; and her siblings, Edith of Jennie, Flora, Sam and Roland.
She is survived by: her parent Bertha Jane Ellis (Dunlap); her children, Paul Tingley (Margaret Bonnell), North River, David Tingley (Jean), Walter Tingley (Linda Lindsay), Crowes Mills, Darrell Tingley (Annette) and Fern Rushton (Malcolm) of Truro; her sisters, Kathleen Ellis of Brampton, ON, Vera Cunningham (Maurice) and Plymouth; her grandchildren, Paul, Angela, Dale, Devon, Sheldon, Gordon and Christina; and her great grandchildren, Carys, Morgan, MacKenzie, Marcus, Logan, Vanessa, Aryannah, Amaliya, Alexis and Reece. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
