We are sad to announce that on May 23, 2024, Joan Elaine Main of Truro, Nova Scotia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband Lionel Main; her parents, Roland Barron and Minnie Barron (Ward); her sister Claire Curry; her siblings-in-law, Malcolm Morash, Eileen Main and Dana Barron; her niece Lisa Barron; her great-nephew Adam Curry; and also, Alworth and Hildred Main (Miller).

She is survived by : her children, Janet Budreski (John) and Jeffrey Main (Kristen); her grandchildren, Andrew Budreski (Marli), Mitchell Budreski, River Main, Noah Main, Chris Rutherford and Logan Rutherford; her great grandchild Cormac Budreski; her brothers, Blaine, Brian and Darrell Barron (Carla); and her siblings-in-law, Ted Curry, Ronald Main and Myrna Morash.

A celebration of life will be held on Monday, July 29th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Mattatall-Varner Funeral Home (55 Young St, Truro, NS B2N3W6).

If so desired, donations in Joan's memory may be made to Alzheimer Society of Nova Scotia, Arthritis Society Canada or a charity of choice.
