He is survived by: his children, Ian Bain (Gina) and Ruth Slack (Dana); his grandchildren, Nick Slack, Alana Slack (JT Speelman), Morden, Colin Bain and Brian Bain; and his sisters-in-law, Marion Blackmore, Emily Bain (McNabb) and Shirley Bain (Weatherbie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
