She was predeceased by: her parents, Parker Eugene and Margaret Zeru MacKenzie (Barclay); and her aunts, Vernie Hunter (Barclay), Alice Alford (Barclay), Rose Patton (MacKenzie) and Vernie MacKenzie.
She is survived by: her daughter Desiree Castell; and her grandsons, Isaias Vargas and Shawn Ryan.
