She was predeceased by: her parent Hollie Langille; her husband Garfield Kaye Redmond; her siblings, Joan MacDonald and Jerold Langille; and her sisters-in-law, Eva and Peggy.
She is survived by: her parent Dorothy Langille (Swallow); her children, Tina Leger (Doug), Dawn Gamlin (John), Edmonton and Wade Redmond of Truro; her brother Lloyd Langille (Shirley) of Truro; her brother-in-law Bud MacDonald (Myrna) of Truro; and her grandchildren, Aaron Leger, Justin Leger, Josh McNutt (Krysta), Emily Redmond and Kathaleen Redmond. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Kathaleen's memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia, or to the Hope Chest Cancer Support Group.
