He was predeceased by: his parents, Rod Murray and Barbara Murray (MacLeod); and his siblings, Allister, Sybil and Marion.
He is survived by: his wife June; his children, Paul (Jane), Ottawa, John (Susan) and Valley; and his grandchildren, Christopher, Jeffrey, Melissa and Peter. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to Colchester Food Bank, Colchester East Hants Health Centre Foundation, Alzheimer Society of Nova Scotia, Saint James Presbyterian Church or a charity of your choice.
