He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth A. Weir and Mary M. Culleton (DeCoste); his wife Judy (Langille); and his brother Clayton DeCoste. He is survived by: his daughter Tiffany Rudolph (Mike); his stepsons, Travis Jodrey and Shane Jodrey; his grandchildren, Rebecca, Jasenta, Jonathan and Blaine; and his siblings, Bob Weir (Trish), Darrell Hulbert, Gregg Weir (Brenda Draney), Steven Weir (Trish), Kevin Culleton and Tracy Culleton.
