She was predeceased by : her mother Harriet "Sally" Nutter; her siblings, Kirk Nutter (Sharon) and Janice Terry (Glen); her brother-in-law John Forsythe; and her nephew Kevin Forsythe.

She is survived by : her husband Philip; her daughters, Michele Forsythe (Jeff Knowles) and Tammy MacKenzie (Gary Richard); her grandchildren, Michael MacKenzie, Emily Lycett and Andrew Lycett; her great grandchild Bailey Harris MacKenzie; her nieces and nephews, Denise Forsythe, Brian Nutter, Sean Nutter, Jennifer Nutter and Tim Terry; and her brother-in-law Gary Forsythe (Elaine).
