She is survived by: her husband John Carmel Briggs; her sons, William "Bill" (Nancy Atkinson), Jim (Gail Hughes) and Lower Harmony; her grandchildren, Billy, Sherry and Crystal; and her great grandchildren, Tyler, Lucas, Brandon, Kenzie and Alex.
