She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Smith and Mary Smith; and her husband Richard "Dick" Hayden. She is survived by: her children, Mike (Sheila Holmes), Brian (Krista), Kevin (Kilah) and Patty (Jay Foster); and her grandchildren, Taylor, Mitchell, Erik, Markus, Quinn, Brea, Maggie and Melka.
