He was predeceased by: his parents, William Boulton and Trudy Boulton; and his brothers, Tim and Terry. He is survived by: his former wife Betty; his wife Julia Holland; his children, Sean and Kelly (Alberta); his nephews, Josh and Matthew; and his niece Terynn (Boultons).
