He was predeceased by: his parents, Angelo J. "Lindy" Ritacco and Sophie M. (Piontek); his wife Patricia Kaye Smith; and his granddaughter Rachel. He is survived by: his son Robert P. Ritacco (Valerie Patterson); his grandchildren, Michael, Patrick, Emma and Matthew; his children, Linda K. MacQuarrie (Charles MacQuarrie) and David M. Ritacco (Federica Belluccini); his brother Richard J. Ritacco; and his sister-in-law Carolyn Emanuel. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family invites donations to Colchester East Hants Health, Foundation.
