It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shannon Mae Andersen (Truro, Nova Scotia), who passed away on May 7, 2026, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert Rossignol and Carole Rossignol (Swazey). She is survived by: her husband Christian Andersen; her brother Shane Rossignol (Cheryl); her parents-in-law, Ray, Carol Andersen and Lee Longstaff; her brothers-in-law, Allison Andersen (Kim) and Matthew Andersen (Lynn MacIntyre); her nieces, Emily, Lindsay and Avery; and her nephew Nicholas of Kimberley.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 22nd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, June 26th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 23rd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Connection Church (38 Pleasant St, Truro, NS B0N2T0). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 27th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. George's Anglican Cemetery (6174 NB-130, Bairdsville, NB E7H3H6).
