He was predeceased by: his parents, George MacKay and Lena MacKay (Dean); his wife Georgina; and his son Barry. He is survived by: his sons, Larry (Paula) and Brian; and his stepdaughters, Violet (Mark) and Brenda (Lorne). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
