He was predeceased by: his parents, John Desiree Muise and Regina Muise (Blanchard); his significant other Carol Maillet; and his brother Hubert of Abrams River. He is survived by: his daughters, Crissy Muise, Jolene Muise and Michelle Muise; his stepdaughters, Cheryl Sweeney (Tom) and Tina Maillet; his grandchildren, Malakai, Matayis, Mila, Kayden, Avah, Jakob, Isaiah and Zachary; and his siblings, Roger (Marg) of Ottawa, Joan Patten (Mac) of Tusket, Randy (Gail) of Tusket and Mike of Halifax. He is also survived by his fellow firefighters, his family.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, August 26th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Huskilson's Funeral Home (29 Albert St, Yarmouth, NS B5A3N1). A prayer was held on Wednesday, August 26th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Thursday, August 27th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the St. Ambrose Co-Cathedral (65 Green St, Yarmouth, NS B5A1Z6).
