Alice Celeste Bond Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Alice Celeste Bond (Upper Musquodoboit, Nova Scotia), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 7, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Mac Shaw and Lillian Shaw (Etter); her husband Arthur; her children, Celeste and Kirby; and her siblings, Helen Sanford, Robert, Maynard, Norman and Barney.

She is survived by: her children, Charles Bond (Ardis), Avora Babcock (Earle), Karen MacDonald (Tom), Anita Taylor (Stephen), Eleanor Smith and Shelley West. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great great-grandchildren.

A service will be held in St. Paul's Anglican Church, Centre Rawdon on July 10th at 11 a.m. In Alice's memory, donations may be made to Alzheimer Society of Nova Scotia or Canadian Cancer Society.
