With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Barbara Mary (Amer) Gibbons (Upper Musquodoboit, Nova Scotia), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 11, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Amer and Mary Amer (Purcell); her husband Michael; her brother Junior; and her parents-in-law, Hilda and Harold Gibbons.
She is survived by: her children, Candace Shatford (Glen) and Bryon Gibbons (Ann); her grandchildren, Leland, Carling, Mitchel, Connor and Shea; and her great grandchildren, Toni, Beau, Noah and Max.
