He was predeceased by: his parents, Burton Watson and Dorothy Watson; his wife Eileen; and his son Burton. He is survived by: his son Gilbert Watson; and his siblings, Marion, Eva, Percy, Bryan (Marie), Lloyd and Vic (Marjorie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
