With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Melvin Lorne Arnold Baker (Upper Musquodoboit, Nova Scotia), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 1, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid Melvin Lorne Arnold farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Melvin Lorne Arnold is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett'Arnold' and Audrey'Laura'Baker; his wife Judith Rae Baker; and his brother Herbert. He is survived by: his son Raymond (Wendy); his granddaughters, Shianne, Chelsey and Brandy; and his great grandchild Carlos.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Marine Drive Pentecostal Church.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Harbourview Lodge Continuing Care Centre.
