Murray Gordon Farnell Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Murray Gordon Farnell (Upper Musquodoboit, Nova Scotia), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 30, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the vast expanse of eternity, Murray Gordon shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Murray Gordon farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jennie Mae (Murray) and George Gordon "Bub" Farnell; his wife Dianne Farnell (MacKay); his siblings, Dianne Johnson (Charlie) and Greg Farnell (Karen); his sister-in-law Valerie Farnell; his uncle Johnny Murray; and his brother Richard Farnell. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM.
