She is survived by: her husband Kirk DeBay; her daughter April Miller (Corey); her siblings, John (Carrie), David (Leah), Kevin, Bev Duivenvoorde and Kimberly (Duane); and her brother-in-law John Tiscornia. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
