Reid Leonard Mitchell Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Reid Leonard Mitchell of Upper Nine Mile River, Nova Scotia, who passed away on February 21, 2021 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Reid Hartley Mitchell and Dorothy Mae (Jennex). He is survived by : his wife Dorothea (Forbes); his children, Gary Mitchell (Laura), Cindy Mitchell (Steve Lipton) and Kevin Mitchell (Debbie); his stepchildren, Kevin Nickerson (Rachel) and Karen Nickerson (Paul); his grandchildren, Benjamin, Samantha, Steven and Christine; his stepgrandchildren, Kyle, Paige, Olivia, Renee, Thomas and Rosemary; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Ava and Elliot; his aunt Naomi Baker (Jennex); his uncle Harold Mitchell (Irma); and his pets, Teddy Bear, Socrates and Winston. He is also survived by grandparents, aunts & uncle.
