She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Crawford and Serena Crawford (Carter). She is survived by: her children, Kari Lively (Jeff) and Calvert Sr. Lewis (Cari-Ann); her grandchildren, Bethanie, Alyssa, Calvert Jr., C. J. (Michelle) and Jesse (Nicole); her great grandchildren, Zachery, Koryssa, Hunter, Jorja, Maela, Henry and Carlie; David (Krystal).
