With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Weldon Latta of Wallace, Nova Scotia, born in Pugwash Junction, Nova Scotia, who passed away on March 1, 2023 at the age of 101. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Weldon Latta to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Amos Latta and Myrtle Latta (Teed); his wife Carrie Latta (MacNeill); his daughter Margaret Langille (Latta); and his siblings, Clarence, Sanford (Sandy), Raymond, Gesner, Ross, George, Louella Roberts, Ola Ross and Jean McKenzie.
He is survived by: his children, Janet Gullens (Gary), JoAnn Tuttle (Duane), Keith Latta (Jill) and Patricia Sinclair (Louis); his brother Calvin Latta; his brother-in-law John McKenzie; his grandchildren, Shawna, Bryan, Marni, Megan, Colleen, Connie, Korey, Kolin, Kraig, Ryan and Luc; and his stepgrandsons, Joe, David and Alex. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren, 6 step great grandchildren, and on 1 step great, great grandchild.
