He was predeceased by : his parents, Trueman Baltzer and Beatrice Baltzer (Legere); his wife Dorothy L. Baltzer (Brewster); and his siblings, Pauline Eisnor, Gerald "Buck", Lloyd and George Baltzer (Brenda).
He is survived by : his children, Kim Baltzer (Amanda Graves), Windermere, Adrienne Baltzer (Mike LeGoffic), David Baltzer, Aaron Baltzer and Kingston; his grandson Scott; his great grandchildren, Bentley and Freya; his siblings, Terri O'Neill (Frank), Shirley Reese (Paul), Tremont and David Baltzer (Patsy); and his sister-in-law Gloria Baltzer of Greenwood. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
