He was predeceased by : his parents, Rupert Pemberton and Winnifred Pemberton; his brothers, David, Gordon and Wayne; and his sister-in-law Lois.

He is survived by : his wife Juliette Pemberton; his daughters, Natalie Taylor (Mike) and Nichola Pemberton (Mike); his stepdaughter Amber Sheppard (Mick); his grandchildren, Dylan (Erika), Emma (Devin), Aaron (Ashley), Leah, Bailey, Josie, Marlon, Oliver and Adrianna; his great grandchildren, Ryan and Isabella; his siblings, Ross Pemberton (Linda), Charlie Pemberton (Elaine), Jim Pemberton (Marlyn) and Marilyn McNutt (Doug); and his sisters-in-law, Alice and Gail Pemberton. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
