It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Victorine Pothier (Wedgeport, Nova Scotia), who passed away on March 18, 2021, at the age of 101, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Dennis Fitzgerald and Emma Fitzgerald (Muise); her husband Elie Jean Pothier; her grandson Justin; and her siblings, Anita Darella, Loretta Cassidy, Beatrice Smith, Vera Boudreau, Oscar Fitzgerald and Herbert Fitzgerald.

She is survived by : her children, Delores Howell (Mike), Bedford and Gary Pothier (Patsy); her grandchildren, Melissa and Brent (Chrissy); her great grandchildren, Lucas and Noah; and her sisters, Ethel MacInnis and Adeline Walsh. She is also survived by her grandchildren and great grandchildren, as well as her many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 23rd 2021 from 1:15 PM to 2:00 PM at the St. Michael's Catholic Church (2552 Hwy. 334, Wedgeport, NS). A funeral mass was held on Tuesday, March 23rd 2021 at 2:00 PM at the same location. Covid-19 protocols are in place and social distancing and masks are required.
