She was predeceased by : her parents, Ivan Ralston and Marjorie Ralston; and her brother Gary Ralston. She is survived by : her husband Larry Partriquin; her sons, Robbie Patriquin and Steven Simpson; and her granddaughter Cassidy Durston.

Carolyn raised funds in memory of her brother Gary for Muscular Dystrophy Canada, so a donation can be made in lieu of flowers.
