Vernon Sprague Obituary
In loving memory of Vernon Sprague of Wentworth, Nova Scotia, who departed this world on September 18, 2025 at the age of 84. Vernon leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira Sprague and Myrtle Sprague (Gower); his siblings, Gladys and Ira; his grandson Justin; and his great grandchild Josie-Lynn.
He is survived by: his wife Eleanor (Murray); his children, Kevin (Wee Wana) and Joyce (Robbie); his grandchildren, Stephanie, Jordan (Zachariah) and Melanie (Luke); his great grandchild Kinsley; and his sister Grace. He is also survived by step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Wentworth Learning Centre (13371 NS-4, Wentworth, NS B0M1Z0).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Wentworth Learning Centre for their infant centre daycare expansion.
