He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Guy Allen and Margaret May Morash of West Dover; his brothers, Charlie Allen and Weldon Allen; and his stepbrother Lawrence Cleveland.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth; and his sisters, Olive Wile, Cora Richardson and Florence Allen.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the J. A. Snow Funeral Home (339 Lacewood Dr, Halifax, NS B3S0E1). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the SPCA or the Heart and Stroke foundation.
