He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Rafuse and Goldie Rafuse (Murphy); his wife Judy Gale Rafuse (Joudrey); and his siblings, Calvin and Marilyn Collier.
He is survived by: his sons, Travis of Western Shore and David (Paula) of Pine Grove; his grandchildren, Dusten, Taylor, Ryan and Jaiden; his stepgranddaughter Sydnie; and his siblings, Margurite Teal, Maynard (Mildred), Marion Ernst (John), Betty Mosher (Austin) and Barry (Debbie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
