Ruby Emma Hobson Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 27, 2021, at the age of 91, Ruby Emma Hobson of Westphal, Nova Scotia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Gerald; her stepmother Dorothy Day; her siblings, Ronald, Charlie, Aubrey, Bill, Marjorie and Evelyn; and her son-in-law Bill Delaney.
She is survived by: her daughters, Ruby Delaney, Deborah Simmons (Nick), Marlene Hobson and Carolyn Barrett (Ronnie); her siblings, Marion Bayers, Anne Urquhart, Dixie Benson (Ray), Linda Sibley (Doug), Norma Gartrell (Bob), David Day and Ross Day (Jean); and her sister-in-law Gladys Hobson. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, 2 great, great grandchildren.
