He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaac Frew and Dolorosa Frew (McLaughlin); and his girlfriend Florence MacKenzie (Campbell). He is survived by: his children, Bill Jr. and Denise Frew; his former wife Sybil; and his stepchildren, Donald MacKenzie (Michelle), Charlotte Medlock (Greg) and Sarah Stewart (Jim). He is also survived by great grandchildren.
