MacDonald; her children, Ann Urquhart (Kent), Will Baker (Dee), Jeanine Baker (Sheldon) and George MacDonald (Brenda); and her siblings, Margaret Chisholm (Don), Irene Gallant (Bill) and Marion Moody (Tom).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to Alzheimer Society of Nova Scotia.
