With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carolyn Thompson (Westville, Nova Scotia), born in New Glasgow, Nova Scotia, who passed away on June 21, 2023 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Gordon Campbell Thompson and Evelyn Jean Thompson (Findlay); her grandparents, Hiram, Hazel Thompson (Morrison), John Hugh and Margaret Findlay (MacNaughton); her uncles, Kelvin, Warren, John, Wilfred Thompson, Burton and Elmer Findlay; and her aunt Jean Ross.
She is survived by : her sisters, Margaret Thompson MacLean and Maureen Thompson; her nephews, Christopher Thompson (Amanda), Trenton, Mark MacLean, Evan Thompson-MacKay and Dylan Thompson-MacKay; her great-nephew Elijah Pyrovolos-Thompson (Trenton); and her aunts and uncles, Rev. Gerald Thompson, Dr. Shirley Thompson (Nfld), Milton Findlay (Catherine), Joyce Findlay (Lorne) and Evelyn Thompson.
Donations may be made to St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, Westville, the Maritime Oddfellow's Home, Pictou, the Lorne Cemetery or a Charity of your choice.
