We bid farewell to Christopher James Mannion (Westville, Nova Scotia), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on June 7, 2025 at the age of 80. Christopher James touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Christopher Mannion and Frances "Pearlie" Mannion; and his brother Diurmuid. He is survived by: his wife Diana; his sons, Kevin (Jessica), Newmarket, Seamus (Leslie) and Cary; his stepson Michael McKeigan (Leigh); his grandchildren, Taylor, Ashleigh, Cary, Grayson, Fiona and Newmarket; his stepgrandchildren, Zander, Luke and Laila McKeigan [Truro]; his siblings, Eileen, Kathleen, Rita, Roseleen Mannion, Brenda (Tony), Patrick (Theresa), England, Gerry (Teresa) and Kieran (Marie); and his sister-in-law Maria [Ireland].
A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Our Lady of Lourdes Church (112 N Foord St, New Glasgow, NS B2H5G8).
Donations in memory of Chris may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Parkinsons Foundation.
