He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald MacLeod and Ida MacLeod (MacKenzie); his sisters, Helen MacLeod and Jean MacLean; his grandson Brandon MacLeod; and his significant other Wanda Halverson.
He is survived by: his grandson Roger MacLeod (Sandi); his daughter Robyn Schebek (Dave) of Lake Louise, AB; his grandchildren, Elizabeth "Lizzie" MacLeod and Kai Schebek; and his nieces and nephews, Wanda, Shelley, Paul, Gwen and Lori. He is also survived by his family, friends, and cottage friends.
Donations in his memory may be made to the Pictou County Palliative Care Society, the Heart and Stroke Foundation, the Canadian Cancer Society, or a charity of your choice.
