He was predeceased by : his parents, Fred Taylor and Rose Taylor (Glawson); his sisters, Lillian, Irene and Grace; and his mother-in-law Shirley MacEwan.

He is survived by : his wife Trudy; his children, Rose Anne MacIsaac (Bernie) and Scott Taylor; his grandchildren, Jill (Justin), Jeff (Katie), Meghan (Storm) and Chelsie; his great grandchildren, Londyn, Easton, Paiten, Nathan and Kenzie; and his siblings, Earl (Pearl), Monty MacDougall, Audrey and Shirley MacLellan (John). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations may be made to the Palliative Care Unit of the Aberdeen Hospital, the S.P.C.A., or a charity of your choice.
