It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gerald Lees of Westville, Nova Scotia, born in New Waterford, Nova Scotia, who passed away on April 23, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, George Lees and Agnes Lees (MacDonald); his children, Vicki and Dennis; his brothers, Dick (Jean) and Don Lees; and his siblings-in-law, Terry Lynch, Doug Turner and Lucy Lees.

He is survived by : his wife Elsie; his son Trevor Lees (Sandy); his stepsons, Troy (Debbie) and Tyler Bowles (Laura); his grandsons, Kenny, Josh (Shelby) and Kyle; his stepgrandchildren, Liam Bowles, Hayley, Chloe, Summer and Skyler Bowles; his granddaughter Avery Hughes; his great grandchildren, Abby and Bella; his siblings, George and Dorothy Langford; and his sisters-in-law, Debbie Lynch, Helen Turner, Bette Thistle (Rollie) and Violet Lees.

Donations in his memory may be made to the Salvation Army or to the Canadian Eye Dogs for the Blind.
