He is survived by: his uncle JD; his wife Cathy Curtis-MacDonald; his siblings, Catherine Boswell, Anna Yuill, Margaret Patton (Everil), Jeanette Hermanson, Josie Green (Gilbert), Verna Mahaffey (Tom), Hugh (Carol), Daniel (Charmaine), Frank (Connie) and Kevin (Joanne); and his sister-in-law Linda Curtis (Craig Orr). He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews and extended family.
