She was predeceased by : her parents, Lisby Corbett and Lydia Corbett (Stewart); her husband Miller Stapleton; her grandson Joshua Boudreau; her daughter-in-law Vera Stapleton; and her siblings, Mabel, Alma, Dolly, Harold Johnson, Eli, Stanley, Wallace and Doug Corbett.

She is survived by : her children, Michael, Robert and Victoria; her granddaughter Rebecca; and her siblings, Ernie, Layton, Joe, Muriel and Isabelle.

Donations in her memory may be made to the Palliative Care Unit of Diabetes Association of Canada.
