It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Harvey Douglas Francis (Westville, Nova Scotia), who passed away on August 24, 2023, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, William Sr. Francis and Annie Francis (Johnson); his siblings, Walter, William Jr., Edward, Vera, Hilda and Mildred; his niece Norma Francis; his great-nephew Mark Rose; his former wife Eleanor Francis (Riggs); and his wife Virginia Francis (Josephine Davis).

He is survived by : his nieces and nephews, Bill, Bob, Ken, Owen Francis, Joan Manuel, Miriam Malek, Lynn Kelley, Mary Bernier, Marjorie Rose and Eileen English.
