He is survived by: his wife Rosemary; his daughter Tessa (Michel); his grandchildren, Amy and Iwan Obdam; his sister Anniette (Peter Kriusman); his nieces and nephews, Linda, Marit and Astrid; his brother-in-law Gary Wood; his stepson Richard Levy; and his stepgrandson Justin Levy.
