In the vast expanse of eternity, Waylen shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Waylen farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He is survived by: his parents, Tara-Lou Park and Brian Higgins of Westville; his siblings, Jaxon Park, Sierra Higgins and Skyler Higgins; his grandmothers, Bonita Bellows and Bonita van Veen; and his great-grandparents, Luella and Ignatius O'Dell.
